Artificial intelligence: a “floating concept” between an appearance of normative consensus and an hidden controversy about the Society project
Concept that arouses the interest of international debates, artificial intelligence is a concept capable of bringing out cultural differences and anthropological aspects of our way of living together. Thus, this study tackles a complex subject, by proposing, thanks to a methodology, which uses the fresco to highlight the paradoxical and marginal aspects of the institutional debates and the constructions elaborated by the legal professionals to give a understanding that integrates legal, social and ethical elements into a margin of action that has become a space for the expression of personal freedom, but also questions the new dimension that responsibility takes, between autonomy and automation. The institutions of governance have started to assess some aspects of it while jurists are trying to control the levers of intellectual and jurisprudential development from trajectories which, in the first place, aim to frame the questions before producing – too quickly. sometimes – answers.
